1930s Art Deco 6 Sheet Babes in the Wood Theater Poster Stone Lithography Pin-Up

Offered for sale is an antique original, very rare, giant 6 sheet 1930s colorful theater poster for a British theater production of Babes In The Wood, with bright vibrant graphics. The scene shows two children in an enchanted forest with a blank space at top where show details would have been added. Printed by Taylors of Wombwell, York , one of the leading lithographic printers for provincial theaters .
We came into a large warehouse archived collection of these British antique art deco theater posters. As one of these finds, this has been wonderfully preserved since its creation, with bold color, pin up art deco fairy tale style, and just great unusual charm. When framed/linen backed this will display without visible creases and will be a bold statement for any room. This has been stored folded since creation and we did not flatted the creases for the photos. Condition is as is with a few edge tears and bold and crisp lithography.
