FLOW CHART:
Each set is sold with a complete flow-data chart indicating individually tested dynamic and static flow rates at 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 BAR at 15%, 50% and 100% duty-cycle for each injector, along with dead time (latency data) from 8 - 18 volts. Flow testing/matching was done with industry-standard equipment of the highest quality.
The tests were performed at varying temperatures to achieve realistic results. Linear tuning with excellent low-end, and idle rpm.
No set will ever vary more than +/- 1.0%
This fuel injector set fits the OEM fuel rail and intake for
the non-turbo and turbocharged 1.8L engine and is delivered
with a set of Wireless U.S.CAR/EV1 electrical connector adapters to fit the new injectors and your existing harness. (See photos).
This injector will support gasoline, and E85.
If you are turbocharging or upgrading the a turbocharged VW 1.8 engine you can use this EV-14 fuel injector.

This injector has excellent high and low pulse width response times.
These sets are very consistent and will require no more than 1% trim for easy tuning
with accurate compensation down to 0.7 ms. and dead times as low as 0.25 ms.

All of the Fiveomotorsport fuel injectors are shipped in brand-new condition unless otherwise stated as reconditioned or take-out injectors. All fuel injectors are covered by our warranty outlined below, unless otherwise stated.

We stand behind all of our products with our 36 month/unlimited miles warranty.  Within 7 days of your purchase date if you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your purchase price for returned unused fuel injectors in their original packaging, minus shipping costs and up to a 15% restocking fee.  If you ever have an injector go outside specification or fail for any reason when functioning within the stated operating conditions, we will replace it with a brand new fuel injector.  You pay only the shipping costs. (Some racing applications may void this warranty).
