    This set includes 1 spindle, 2 cups, 2 ball retainers, Spindle Size: 30mm-45mm-35mm.  all necessary washers and bolts as show in the photo, sealed mechanism, for use with most 3 piece crank sets, lightweight at 310 grams. Part #1406
