    Description:
    A nice and fairly uncommon crisp uncirculated banknote from Gibraltar. This is the 5 pounds note issued according to Not Ordinance CAP 39 by the Government of Gibraltar. The front of the note is green on multi colored underprint showing the bust of queen Elizabeth II of England right of center. The back is also green in color and depicts the image of the Old Convent Guard House (now the Governor's Residence) with flag. The note has a water mark showing Queen Elizabeth II in profile and has a solid security thread left of center. This particular note has one signature, that of Traynor, and the serial number E622412 which is shown in black color twice on the front. The note was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Co. Limited.
