Lionel Train Set(s)
Untouched and all included: Trains, Track, Buildings, Transformers.  The transformers aren't pictured, yet I'll include an image in a day or two. I recall there being 2 large transformers; possibly one small.
There's an entire box of track and the box showing the trains is represented in the images shows each piece. There's a car with a giraffe in it that pops up. I believe the propeller to the helicopter is somewhere in the boxes, but until found, assume it's as shown.
This offering looks to be three sets considering there's three (3) locomotives.  Some wooden barrels are fitted into one car. Some cars snap together, so figure on snapping them back together.
The buildings look to be Plasticville.  Assembly required since shipping will have each building put into it's own bag to save on shipping space.  Some pieces are Lionel.
The box containing the track has a weight of 20lbs. There's a lot there.
Overall, the set looks good and considering how they were found, the set was properly stored and cared for.  Due to this couple's kids growing older, I gather the set saw it's last playtime use decades ago, say 1970's. No rust on the set as these were top floor stored in a quasi-attic room storage spaces.
For the person who is looking for a c.1949-1950 set of Lionel trains to commence a working collection, the consider this set.  Pound for pound, there's great savings here -- in shipping alone -- should you alternatively begin collecting piece by piece.
