For your consideration, a Truly Scrumptious doll head (no body, no other accessories).
Based on the Sally Ann Howes character from the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.   The doll was made using the Francie face sculpt.
Please note:  I am not the original owner.  I purchased her years ago and had her hair professionally restyled and brows retouched.   Part of her hair does not go under the rubber band.  I tried yo show this in the pictures.  Her hair may have been cut by previous owner before I acquired it.  No green. No neck splits.  Doll head is being sold as is with imperfections.   Please see pictures as they are part of the description.
