MTH Premier Pennsylvania GG1 Electric Engine #4892 - No Board & No Pantographs

Please read entire listing before bidding.  This is for a MTH warranty shell Pennsylvania GG1 electric engine #4892 with NO PS2 control board and NO pantographs item# 20-5610-1E.  The engine does not run, it has it's motors and everything else, just the board and pantographs were removed.  There is almost no dust, no scratches, the engine is die-cast on a metal chassis with die-cast trucks and protocouplers.  The engine comes in an original box.
