    Description

Very early 1990s bottom bracket when Syncros was making them in Vancouver, Canada.  Even the bearings were made in Germany!  Syncros was THE brand when mountain biking was really taking off in the late 1980s / early 1990s.
It's a little ugly, and the bearings don't spin perfectly smoothly - but the bearings can be replaced! - but still perfectly functional.  If you wanted to restore this to 1992 factory spin quality, the replacement bearings are INA part number 3903-2RS-C3.
I had this in a town bike for years, but recently switched from an old MTB frame to a cyclocross frame and Shimano Hollowtech crankset, and no longer need this BB.
It's a typical 73mm, threaded bottom bracket with English/BSA threads: right-hand threads on the right/drive side and left-hand threads on the left/non-drive side.   Also, as you can see, this is the "standard" JIS square taper, which is compatible with most cranks EXCEPT Campy and other European manufacturers.
I'm measuring the spindle at about 107.4mm, so I'm calling it a 107.
    NO RETURNS.
Returns are a hassle for everyone!
