Vintage 1.25" 1-1/4" Shackle CLEVIS - 7-1/2" Long, 3-1/8" Wide

Description

I don't know much about this thing, but it's pretty cool. No markings of any kind.
The hole is exactly 1.25" wide. Outside measurement of where the pin inserts is 3-1/8". The inside of that part of the clevis is 1-5/8" wide.
