Bottom bracket conversion kit for Standard American Style 1 piece Cranks ( Like BMX ) to  3 piece square taper spindle Alloy Cranks. Quality made by YST. Convert your one piece crank (American bottom bracket) to three piece with this spindle/bottom bracket.

Finally a way to lighten your bike with an alloy crank and add function with different crank arm and Chainring Combinations.
Spindle is for JIS (Japanese) square taper cranks - this will NOT fit Campagnolo square taper or the Campagnolo Clones like Sugino Super Mighty or Anlun/Haro Group 1 cranks from the mid-80's. Cranks we do know that this will fit are Sugino Maxy Cross, Suntour VX, and Takagi Tourney.
Size: American Bottom Bracket (51.3 mm diameter cups)
136 mm long spindle effective spindle length without threaded crank arm nut section. ( this is the critical measurement needed.)
157 mm long spindle end to end overall including threaded crank arm nut mounting section. ( this measurement is not needed but included for reference and clarity.)
