    Description

    This 12" Halloween penny rug is just so adorable. . .a fun theme with nice colors for the season. . .the center will easily accommodate a large jar candle . . .a display base of up to  5 1/2" will sit safely inside the center circle .  .  .the center circle is a fun purple and white polka dot 100% quilter's cotton fabric  .  .  .I have hand appliqued to a black felted wool felt background and mat is backed with this . . .the ghosts are done in an ivory felted wool felt in a color called "fresh linen" . . .they are holding jute twine "banners" with little colored "flags" . . .colors are purple, Halloween orange and a fun bright green . . .in between the ghosts are triple layered tiny mini "coins" in colors to match the banner flags . . .beautiful quality handmade item. . always better in person too. . .my own design and done entirely by hand by me. . .please see my excellent feedback for penny rugs and quilts - many wonderful and LOVED repeat buyers who keep me stitching
